If you like WALKING or MOUNTAIN BIKING (we have 2 mountain bikes to rent) we will suggest you some beautiful routes in the uncontaminated nature near Querceto.
The cultural association ACCADEMIA LIBERA E NATURA has its headquarter in Querceto and it organizes art exhibitions, concerts, stage shows etc. Visit the web site www.association-marcopolo.org for information.
For a very relaxing day we suggest you to go to Venturina to the Thermal Baths CALIDARIO. The Calidario is a fantastic spring with hot water at 35° Celsius that springs directly from the big roman outdoor bath (heated changing rooms, grotto with waterfall, eating facilities etc.). Opened all year round day and night.
The tour operator EMOZIONI TOSCANE organizes a lot of interesting excursions which are the best way to know our area and its history.
If you would like to learn how to make classic Tuscan dishes, COOKING LESSONS are held at Querceto or Lajatico.
For our small guests at Marina di Donoratico there is the biggest Tuscan amusement park called CAVALLINO MATTO and in Cecina you can enjoy at the ACQUA VILLAGE.In Riparbella there is also a wonderful ADVENTURE PARK, with acrobatic courses through the treetops of the park.
And after a long and intense day around Tuscany you may relax around our wonderful SWIMMING POOL reserved only for our guests and situated in a charming place surrounded by olive trees. Our pool uses a salt-water system, which allows our guests to enjoy swimming without the worries of high levels of toxins entering the body. Saltwater pools convert salt into natural liquid chlorine through the process of electrolysis. The natural liquid chlorine is converted do hypochlorite, which effectively eliminates the algae and bacteria. Hypochlorite is then reconverted into saltwater before re-entering the pool area.
